Shipping costs are a set price and displayed during checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the factory for dispatch within 72 hours AFTER the order is placed. The factory will process the orders, which takes an additional 3–6 days.

This can take up to 8 business days after order is complete and dispatched. If the factories are delayed in sending tracking info, it can take up to 10 business days.

If we do not receive any communication that you have received a damaged or incorrect item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any refund.
Please return your damaged or the wrong item via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility & will be paid at the customers expense. We suggest using a carrier that provides you with tracking information. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit back to us. Item must be shipped within 7 days after contacting us.
If a packaged is returned to us without approval (RA), the package will be rejected and returned to sender.
Please allow us up to 3-4 business days for processing once your return has been delivered to us.
Once returns are inspected and accepted, we will contact you via email and refunds for postage will be processed.
